Private label end user phone support includes the following features

  • Your own private, and personal, toll free phone number.
  • 24/7 technical support. All calls are handled by EIRCA Technical Support representatives. The same representatives that handle calls from our reseller hosting clients will be available to your customers, all day everyday. Our representatives are friendly, professional and extremely well versed in the H-Sphere hosting environment. There is no H-Sphere question that our technical support representatives can not handle. The only requirements is that callers are hosted on your EIRCA H-Sphere reseller account account. We must have access to callers' accounts so we can process support requests efficiently. End user phone support is not available for dedicated server clients.
  • Professional menu system. When users call your personal toll free phone number, they will be greeted by a professional voice talent that introduces your company and requests they select an extension that best describes their request. This portrays the ultimate in professionalism. The same system the your user would be familiar with when calling their bank/insurance company, etc, would be in place with your toll free system.
  • Custom extensions. In addition to the technical support extension the user will be able to select, we also offer the option of creating three your own custom extension for sales and/or accounting questions.
  • Hold music. If for some reason your user is required to hold the line, or during a live call transfer betwen extensions, your customer will hear a relaxing instrumental piece until they are connected with you!
  • Follow me call transfer. The options just keep coming! This unique feature, reliant on you having custom extensions, allows your toll free system to hunt you down and connect you with your user. On the move and only have cell phone access? No problem, your system will transfer the call to you. Work from home? No problem, just give us up to three numbers where you'd like to be reached and the system will try reaching you in the order you specify. This option is for your own personal extensions only. Technical support requests will be transfered to our representatives.
  • Email delivery of voicemail. If a caller selects one of your personal extensions and you are not available, they can leave a message and our system will email you the .WAV audio file. It will even automatically include the callers number so you can call them back at your own convenience.
  • Call blocking. This feature allows you to specify numbers that you wish to block from your system. Example: If you keep getting pesky telemarketers calling you, we can block their number and they'll never be able to reach you again!
  • Vanity number. This paid add-on gives you a personalized toll free phone number. Vanity numbers can greatly improve your marketing results by making your number that much easier to remember. Example: 888-321ACME

Tip Monthly minutes

The number of monthly minutes indicate how many minutes of total incoming calls can be used with selected plans. This includes calls routed to technical support and any custom extensions you add to your account. Additional minutes can be added to any plan for a price of $10 per month, per 50 minute block.

Pricing is calculated based on the reseller plan to which you are subscribed. Example: HS One clients can order End User Phone Support for $36.95 because of the inherently lower number of users who will be using their phone system. What is a custom phone introduction?

By default, when callers call your phone system they will be greeted with:

"Thank you for calling COMPANY_NAME, please press 1 for technical support, 2 for accounting, 3 for sales". This is assuming you want accouting and sales calls re-routed.

You can customize this greeting to say whatever you'd like. There is, however, a fee for contracting our professional voice talents to customize your greeting. The custom phone introduction price depends on the length of your message.
