  • Do I have to have my H-Sphere servers hosted with EIRCA in order to subscribe to the partner service?
    While it is certainly preferred and advised, it it not a requirement.
  • What does the ticket support include? How does it work?
    Ticket support is provided through your own H-Sphere cluster. All tickets are viewable by you, the cluster owner. Ticket support for your clients includes a four hour ticket response and resolution guarantee. This guarantee is in effect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. EIRCA has dedicated engineers available around-the-clock.
  • Do you have any example of the custom movies I get for my customers?
