Testimonial comments: This is my first month here and I'm very impressed with the fanatical and professional level of assistance the technical team has provided, notably Craig, Dean and Stiofan (in alphabetical order). It's amazing how quickly my tickets have been answered, some of them almost instantaneously after I've hit the Submit button and usually never longer than an hour. I am also pleased with the very polite and helpful reception I've received with Lynsey, of sales.

There was this incident with the NS record settings which comes to mind where the peculiar record I was observing had me stumped. Based on that observation alone, I received a diagnosis from Craig that hit the nail straight on its head and a quick resolution to boot after that. This is just one example and I'm also appreciative of Stiofan and Dean for their help in many other incidents.

After being here at EIRCA, I certainly do not miss Live Chat support any longer. The level of expertise and lightning speed of response to my tickets far outstrips the interactive, real-time support procured from many Live Chat supports in the past.

With the leadership role EIRCA is taking with its Reseller Kit I am expecting further great things to happen here. I look forward to a mutually wonderful and continuous relationship with the support specialist team at EIRCA.

I have been a user for 16 months with you guys now and a review is loooooooooong overdue.

I am not a very indepth reviewer so I'll keep it short and to the point...

Thank you for making the last 16 months the easiest hosting time ever. I have been around hosting for around 5/6 years and have never found a company so dedicated to its users. I made quite a few slip ups with my sites last night.. all my fault... and SEVEN MINUTES later Dean corrected them all for me and got all 11 domains back online!!

I can not say it enough.. you guys rescued my ass after all this time of not really needing to put many tickets in. Its nice to know that although i rarely have to put anything over to your team.. I can still put in a ticket at 3am on a sat. morning and it will be taken care of so quickly

I also have an account with site5 and httpme for cpanel.. I decided this morning that i am going to switch those to you guys and go with plesk. What is the point in using two other inferior companies? If i put in a ticket with site5.. they give me run around questions and hold off on my question until someone with decent skills come in. Yet if i ask you guys to fix something for me.. if i blink i'll miss the response.

if Dean doesn't see this post, please can someone forward it to him.. that guy is a god... he saved me lossing customers due to my own slip ups!

I will have been with EIRCA for over a year.

I personally run many sites. I needed to find a solution that supported Linux/mySQL as well as Windows/MS SQL. My search went on for about a month when I found EIRCA.

Since Day 1, the support has been superb. Each tech actually reads a trouble ticket and normally responds within 15 minutes with very few exceptions. I do not think that I have ever seen a “canned” response as I received from most other hosts.

While the year has not been 100% flawless, they really “care” which is something that is very refreshing and appreciated. Their quality of both service and support far exceeds any of the many hosts that I have used.

I expect a lot from my web host. I am very happy to have finally found one that will not let me down.

Simon and his staff seem very proud of EIRCA. They should be proud.

Honestly, when I started out with hosting I felt like I was in over my head. I have a keen dislike of reading tons of stuff to figure out the answer to a 10 second question. I tend to pick up the phone to get the answers ... and if I don't get help right away, I move on.

To that end, I have found the EIRCA folks to be very helpful, both on the phone and online. Answers to my questions have been prompt and relevant. The reseller kit/flash tutorials were a great asset to getting my accounts set up too, since I appreciate concise visual instructions.

You guys are fanatics .....
...fanatics for providing a high level of customer service and as comprehensive a hosting service as can be. My level of expenditure has risen with Eirca over the last few months and will continue to do so as long as you continue to be fanatics too.

My only recommendation could be that you remove the overselling limits as they currently stand on cPanel accounts (which were recently introduced). Perhaps a peak percentage of disk space would be better than a matching limit on what we allocate in our plans (night that encourage more upgrade purchases)?

Also, when you next buy a bunch of servers, can one of them be set to GMT to cater for the UK clients?

Anyway, many thanks for the attention to detail and customer service, you have been absolutely outstanding on both counts. You're an inspiration.

I've been here for a couple of weeks only but I'm loving this place. The support here has been fantastic. They're very friendly and they get things done quick. Responses usually are within 10 minutes. I think the longest was 30 minutes. If they can't figure out a problem right away, they'll at least post a response and say they're looking into it.

The replies are excellent. The guys here definitely know their stuff. No level-1 tech support scripted replies, thank you!

One thing I really liked about them is their upgrade to H-Sphere 2.4. I know a lot of companies were running 2.4 before EIRCA, but I liked how EIRCA took their time to really make sure 2.4 was stable (and apparently it wasn't, so they held off on it) before they installed it on the production servers. The upgrade went so smoothly I was amazed.

Thought I would introduce myself first. My name is Joe Rohn and I am a relative newbie here to EIRCA. But I am not all that much a newbie to web design and deployment in general. Over the last several years I have managed to cobble together a couple hundred sites. I also run a fairly active peer to peer FrontPage Forum

Because of my background I have networked with and dealt with many hosting companies and people in the business. Some of these have been small..but many others have been some of the more renowned names out there. During my time here so far...I must say that the support I have received from EIRCA is second to none!!! The questions I have had were answered by Dean or Stiofan in a very very short time period. Not only were the answers quick..they were meaningful too. To me support is the greatest thing a company can offer. For the most part lots of people have access to the same hardware and software..where they can gain an advantage is through their support. EIRCA is doing just that and I for one am planning to be with them for the long haul!

I am using the H-Sphere plan..and it is simply very cool!

As time allows I hope to also become a participant in the other forums here.

For now though call me a happy camper!

I wish i'd found you earlier, I was stuck at matrixreseller for almost 6 months thinking that they were the only big hsphere provider. I guess I was wrong LOL As soon as I switched I got a 45 minute phone walkthrough with simon (daaaamn does that guy know hsphere!!)

These guys will blow you away. The support is beyond anything ive ever experienced.

My only suggestion/request would be to raise the number of licenses included in plans. I know hsphere licenses cost you guys 4 bucks or something, but if a few more can be included in plans, that would be cool!

My clients websites were previously hosted in the UK with a company that thought everytime I asked for assistance, they were doing me a favour! I then did a lot of searching, especially on some webhosting forums. I tried another company in Singapore, who's support was really friendly, but they were too small and their control panel was not nearly as functional as H-SPHERE.

I decided to try out EIRCA after reading positive comments about them in 1 of the webhosting forums.

From the day I moved over their service has been unbelievably impressive. After sooooo many years of shoddy service from my previous host, I was really amazed at the support and response time of EIRCA's staff even at 2am. The network is lightening fast and I have had almost no downtime since moving over.

Ive been a managed dedicated customer of EIRCA for 3 months now and wanted to update my experience...

I wanted to come on here and review my experiences - these guys have bent over backwards to make me happy and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank them profusely for all their help and wish them good luck with their newest venture....

I "think" I was their first official "Haloserve" customer (or at least one of the first) - EIRCA has been a solid shared & reseller provider for quite some time - and they are Hsphere EXPERTS (which is one of the reasons I chose them as my provider)

- Migrated my entire environment
- Cleaned up my Hsphere DB and dramatically improved performance on my cluster
- provide FULL MANAGED SERVICES - I simply cannot stress this part enough - I dont have to worry about anything - pick up the phone, or drop them a ticket - and its taken care of - this includes hsphere, hardware, operating system, etc... (nice to be able to sleep peacefully at night again)
- Include Altera stats
- Include full suite of resources
- Adding an RSS feed for server status on my request (poor Simon is losing sleep over this one )
- Solid backbone (Time Warner) & Infrastructure
- Immediately identified a massive spam attack against my cluster yesterday and blocked the attack..

I've had nothing but good things with EIRCA.

My migration from my previous web host went brilliantly and my accounts worked perfect.

I must say the support is extremely different to what I'm used to - i normally submit a ticket with a web host and then check about 2 hours later.. i notice i dont have to do that anymore (woot!) because the responses come very quick

The one thing i would comment on, is that im not the only one that has said that you guys need to sign the tickets so we know who to thank.. it's a little hard when only dean and stiofan seem to sign any tickets the rest just end abruptly after the ticket issue is done

Although there were quite a few problems along the way, not so much in regards to EIRCA staff but in the systems we were using. I shall not mention the name of the specific system however, anything related to EIRCA support and services..

Exceptional, very fast response times like within 10 minutes at 1 hour at most.

Uptime, and server speeds have been exceptional besides the odd dos attack thats the only time I really saw a hickup in the service. MySQL database speeds are amazing (this might be relative to anyone previous experiences) however switching some sites over to EIRCA I saw very noticable speed increase relating to scripts with sql backbones.

I haven't done any hardcore use of any of our database or actual benchmark testing but definitely its anything but an issue.

We have had a few problems as far as billing going but I believe it was mostly on our side of things, not quite sure what all happened as there are a few people inbetween me and the people taking care of the bills.

Prices are exceptional, I'm sure there might be cheaper ones out there but looking for hosts/reseller packages is always a fun process.. If your reading this you have found something worth checking into for sure.

I definitely recommend them to anyone.
