Simon O'Rourke - CEO, Chairman, Founder

Simon O'Rourke founded EIRCA (then Rain Interactive) in late 2000, to put his vision of a web development company in to practice. O'Rourke attended Batley Grammar School in Northern England (one of the most respected private schools in the UK) and graduated with several honours and distinctions before heading home in '96, to Dublin, Ireland. O'Rourke attended Trinity College, excelling in Advanced Strategic Management before founding EIRCA.

O'Rourke brings to the table his unique style of management and desire, pushing EIRCA further in to new fields and is the catalyst for EIRCA Signature Support.

O'Rourke's responsibilities include: Business development, platform research and financial planning.

Callum Donaghie - President

Callum Donaghie joined EIRCA in late 2001, as the company was finding its feet in its primary field; web hosting. Donaghie brings to the table a unique ability to put himself in the shoes of a customer. To Donaghie's credit, amongst other things, is the much acclaimed DIY Reseller Kit, a core product of DIYHosting, the former EIRCA subsidiary.

Donaghie currently oversees all new product testing and marketing and is often given the accolade of being the primary reason EIRCA has such a strong public image and backing by our customers.

Donaghie's responsibilities now include: Vendor relations management, customer relations management, new marketing development and recruiting.

Dean Cahl - Chief Technology Officer

Dean Cahl may very well be the most sought after lead technician in the hosting industry. Cahl joined EIRCA on "day 0" and has been the driving force behind EIRCA's phenomenal reputation for technical excellence. Cahl is a Microsoft Certified Engineer and has been certified by the LPI (Linux Professional Institute).

As CTO, Dean Cahl leads the technical team and leads by example.
